Nestcoin is a new startup building an exciting array of products aimed at promoting crypto awareness, acquisition, and adoption.

We are looking for an autonomous growth manager to lead efforts for high-growth, community-driven, and blockchain technology-enabled products. Growth is central to our mission and represents a growing global impact on the business.

You’ll have to:

  • own our growth engine end-to-end from pre-acquisition (prospecting & on-site conversion rate) to post-acquisition (retention & revenue)
  • identify growth opportunities from your past experience leading growth and analyzing product data
  • define growth hypotheses, create experiments and implement them - spanning online and offline
  • roll up your sleeves and get stuff done!


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A history of independent thinking, demonstrated intellectual curiosity, and a continuous learning approach to life and work
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • A deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, conversion funnels, and retention metrics
  • You are measurement-obsessed and proud to be a power user one or more of the following Amplitude/Mixpanel, Datastudio, Google Analytics, Excel.
  • Used a data-driven approach to manage and scale and optimize multiple acquisition channels
  • Knowledge of multiple acquisition channels but also deep experience in at least a couple of them especially Content Marketing, Community Marketing, Ambassador/affiliate Programs & Referral Marketing.
  • Oversee and continuously develop our entire customer acquisition program as well as conducting cost benefit analysis in relation to user acquisition.
  • Develop, Own and Improve KPIs relating to customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and with a focus on reducing churn
  • Develop and testing strategies to boost organic growth including referral marketing, social media campaigns, ambassador/affiliate programs
  • Monitoring performance of different growth strategies and improving performance based on data and insights.

  • Work with the product team to optimize funnel conversion, design and implement new features to improve these KPIs on our landing pages and onboarding experience in the app
  • Recommend budgets and channels to achieve marketing goals; run paid social and search campaigns yourself
  • Conducting and sharing analysis on customer insights to understand user needs, habits and perceptions through targeted interviews and customer feedback.
